Comparing to other countries in Europe, in Poland investors can achieve probably the highest return in property investment. Thanks to relatively low tax costs, simple procedures and fast development, investors are able to achieve the rate of return on investment from 5 to 10 % for classical rental, which seems to be a very good investment when we look at the possibilities in Western Europe bothering with hight cost per square meters, higher tax for notary, and work crisis.
